Von der Blutbank, in der wir die Differenzierung bei positiven AKS oder Kreuzprobe durchführen lassen, wird die Versorgung mit Antigen negativen Konserven verlangt auch bei Antikörpern deren Antigene noch nicht mal auf dem AKS verpflichtend sind (seltene Antigene wie Kpa oder Wra). Diese fallen immer nur zufällig im Zusammenhang mit einer antigenhaltigen Kreuzprobe auf, seltener im AKS wenn das Antigen mal vertreten ist.

Muß ich Antigen negative Konserven verwenden oder kann ich Kreuzprobe negativ transfundieren?

Kann ich auch so weit gehen wie in den Englischen Leitlinien?

Prof. Hitzler hatte sich am DGTI 2004 mal ähnlich festgelegt.
