We are very happy to announce the 8^th Innsbruck Winter Symposium for Coagulation! The main focus of this symposium is “Infusion, Transfusion and Coagulation Management in Massive Bleeding”.

To provide the latest news in this hot topic, we are very proud to compile a programme with outstanding international key opinion leaders who are going to present current research results and personal experiences to you. A major goal of the Congress is to facilitate basic understanding and focus on new aspects and recent findings in the field of massive bleeding, volume replacement and coagulation.

As of high clinical relevance, the appropriate use of crystalloids, colloids, blood products and clotting factor concentrates in massive bleeding will be critically evaluated.

In parallel, the 17^th Innsbruck Symposium for Emergency Medicine (held in German language) takes place in the same building. Participants for both congresses (8^th Innsbruck Winter Symposium for Coagulation and 17^th Symposium for Emergency Medicine) will be able to register for both Congresses at reduced fees.
